Refunds

We put a lot of care into every package we send out — from the design to the final wrap — and we hope you love what you receive.

Return Window

You may file a return request within 7 days of delivery, but only if the item is damaged on arrival.

Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How it Works

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Still waiting? First, check your bank account again
  • Then contact your bank — sometimes it takes time to reflect
  • Still nothing? Write to us at storiesandstims@gmail.com and we’ll help

Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. Need a replacement? Just email us at storiesandstims@gmail.com.
