What kind of products do you offer?
We offer a cozy mix of bookish and stim-friendly products like letterheads, journals, and subscription letters designed with comfort, expression, and neurodivergent joy in mind.
What is ‘You’ve Got Mail’?
It’s our bi-monthly letter subscription, a gentle collection of handwritten-style letters and prompts delivered to your doorstep, for moments when you need a pause and a paper hug.
Are you taking product orders right now?
Yes! We’re currently accepting pre-orders only. Your items will be prepared with care and shipped within 7–10 days of your purchase. Thank you for your patience, softness takes time.
Can I gift a subscription to someone?
Yes! Just select the subscription duration during checkout and leave us a note, we’ll make it extra special, no spoilers.
Are you a neurodivergent-owned brand?
Yes. Stories and Stims was born from a neurodivergent brain that wanted soft spaces, emotional safety, and stationery that actually made sense.
Can I choose the letterhead design I want?
Absolutely! Our letterhead sets come in themes like floral, vintage, minimal, and bookish. You can view all options and pick the one that matches your vibe.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship across India. International shipping is in the works, stay tuned or drop us a message if you’d love to see us ship to your country!
How often will I receive the subscription letters?
You’ll receive two letters every month (that’s 24 a year). Each envelope includes a letter, a prompt, and a little surprise. Magic takes time, but it’s worth the wait.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
We currently don’t support mid-subscription cancellations, as each letter is planned and prepared in advance with lots of love. You can choose not to renew after your current 3, 6, or 12-month plan ends, we promise we won’t take it personally.
